Bailey is a passionate HR leader with over eight years of experience helping businesses, from startups to global companies, build strong teams and smart HR practices. She’s led HR strategy at Amazon, supporting one of the company’s largest organizations, and brings deep expertise in employee relations, talent management, and operational efficiency. With a degree in HR Management from Central Michigan University, Bailey loves partnering with growing businesses to create people-first, scalable HR solutions.
